Export Restrictions for ArticSoft Encryption Software

ArticSoft Limited is registered as a company in England.   As such it complies with the trading requirements of the United Kingdom and also export regulations.   ArticSoft PGP compatible products use cryptography to provide encryption and digital signatures and as a result, are subject to export restrictions.

We are not able to deliver products to the following countries:

• Afghanistan
• Armenia
• Azerbaijan
• Burma
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Democratic People's Republic of Korea
• Iran
• Iraq
• Ivory Coast
• Lebanon
• Liberia
• Peoples Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)
• Sierra Leone
• Somalia
• Sudan
• Uzbekistan
• Zimbabwe

Potential customers from these countries will be refused authorization codes for downloadable products, and ArticSoft reserve the right to refuse to refund any pre-payments made where the recipient is, or appears to be in one of these countries.
